Mist
Behaviour consultation - anxiety in the vets
We were very fortunate that our Border Collie, Mist, was referred to Jen. She is a friendly but anxious dog who wouldn’t allow the vet to touch her making vaccinations very challenging to say the least. We hadn’t had much success with previous interventions.
Jen provided us with a very thorough written assessment of Mist alongside ideas and methods to help Mist (and us) manage her behaviour. Over the subsequent weeks we saw Jen regularly to catch up on progress and for her to provide new ideas. Jen was so supportive and encouraging and gave us both confidence and hope that things would improve.
Jen is patient and always has the best interests of pets at the centre of whatever she does. She is also keenly aware of the frustration and distress owners can sometimes feel when implementing a training programme that may take some time. She cares for your dog and you and Mist certainly loved Jen!
The training worked and Mist eventually received her vaccinations, and we remain grateful to Jen to achieve what others couldn’t. We would recommend Jen without hesitation and would certainly use her services in the future.

Behaviour consultation - separation anxiety
We have gone from not being able to leave our dog alone for 2 minutes to being able to leave him for an hour and we wouldn’t have been able to achieve this without Jen’s help! From our first assessment to multiple follow ups and emails, Jen has been so helpful and encouraging throughout it all. She gave us the confidence we needed and has massively helped us out with Milo! His all round behaviour has improved massively and his anxiety is improving all the time. We couldn’t have done it without Jen!!
